Camps Farthest Out is a Christian lay movement to inspire, instruct and provide means of experience for individuals and groups to make life more meaningful and effective; to coordinate the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of life under the Person and principles of Jesus Christ; and to apply to life the laws and realities of the Kingdom of Heaven, as set down in the Scriptures.

The Black Hills CFO purposes to be a spiritual training ground and a time apart from the routine of everyday life. Join us for passionate worship, fervent prayer, and authentic, love-saturated community with brothers and sisters in Christ who come together from all over our mid-west region!

In the words of founder Glenn Clark, “The Camps Farthest Out are dedicated to the purpose of discovering the wholeness of that abundant life which Christ promised." We are believers from many different places with the same goal of growing stronger in our personal relationship with Jesus Christ and sharing Christ’s love with each other

CFO is not a church and isn’t meant to replace the role of the church. All campers are urged to faithfulness in the church of their choice. The CFO experience simply expands and intensifies the effectiveness of one's own church activity.

CFO is an opportunity to:

• become more balanced spiritually, mentally, and physically
• train as an "An Athlete of the Spirit"
• fellowship with others who are seeking and finding God
• discover more about your relationship with Jesus
• discover more about Christ
• learn to pray and discover the power of prayer

Join us this summer (Sunday June 13th through Saturday June 19th, 2010) for another blessed adventure with our Savior or this coming October (exact date TBA) in our prayerful pursuit of the heart of God!
