When | is the Black Hills CFO Fall Retreat?

September 28th-30th, 2012

Begins Friday, September 28th with Registration at 4pm

Ends Sunday, September 30th after Sharing at 12 pm noon

 

How | much does Fall Retreat cost?

Full Time Campers:

Total Registration, Room& Board Adults (age 18+): $71.50 Youth (10-17 yrs): $44 Children (4-9 yrs): $33 Infants (0-3 yrs): Free

Exceptions to the Above Listed Registration, Room, & Board Fees:

*There is a SPECIAL RATE FOR PASTORS (1/2 off their room & board).

*Those who choose to stay in the RV Park in RV campers or tents pay 15% less than the normal room & board price listed above.

The Total Registration, Room & Board Fee is due prior to arrival at the retreat unless other arrangements have been made with the registrar.

*NOTE: Registration fees help cover the cost of expenses, lodging, meals, and travel for our invited leaders, but our registration fees certainly do not cover the totality of these expenses.  Nevertheless we trust God for all things, including our finances, so an optional love offering will be taken at the retreat to help cover the cost of these expenses.

 

It is our policy that Children 0-17 years old MUST be sponsored by an adult and MUST bring a signed Medical Release Form and Video/Photo Release Form if their parent/legal guardian will not be with them throughout the whole weekend of the retreat!!!!

If you are truly in need of scholarship help, please download this Black Hills CFO Scholarship Application, read through it, pray about it, and then submit it to the registrar ASAP.

If you are a FIRST TIME CFO camper age 18+, you are eligible for a discount voucher from our national organization (ACFO) that will help cover the cost of your room & board at our camp, so please fill out an ACFO's Discount Voucher application.
